डरलाग्ने एक स्कमव्याग साथीको कथा ...

उसको एक कमजोरी नै केटी थियो । नदेखेको तर सुनेको कुरा के भने, उसले आफ्नै टोलको एकजनालाई समेत यौन साथी वनाएको थियो । खासमा उनीहरुको मन मिल्दो हो । तर, त्यो कुरा त्यस टोलका धेरैलाई थाहा भएपछि घरमा भनिदिने वा यस्तै धम्कीले उसको भाई नाता पर्ने देखि छिमेकी केटाहरु सम्मले उनलाई यौन उत्पिडन गरे । घरमा पालिएको वस्तुभाउ चराउन जानेनाममा उनीहरु यस्तो गर्ने गरेको आम हल्ला थियो । पछी उनले सानै उमेरमा विवाह गरिन र त्यो घरका परिवारले समेत त्यो टोल छाडे ।
म लामो समय विदेशमा वस्दा उसले सोध्ने प्रश्न हुन्थ्यो कति गरिस् त? यहाँ गरिसको मतलव, कति वेस्या गमन गरिस वा  यौन कृयाकलापमा संलग्न भईस् भन्ने हो । अनि प्रायःजसो सोधिने अर्काे प्रश्न हुन्थ्यो केटी पठा न, म वस्ने र खाने व्यवस्था मिलाउँछु । मलाई अति असहजिलो लाग्ने यस्ता कुरा ऊ सहजै विना हिचकिचाहट मात्र होईन डाईरेक्टली सोद्दथ्यो । मैले धेरै पटक झोक्किएर उसलाई, साले म यहाँ त्यै केटी खोज्न आएको हो ? लाज लाग्दैन ? भनेर धेरै पटक भने । तर पनि ऊ अर्काे पटकको कुराकानीमा पट्यार लाग्ने गरेर केटी पठा न यार भन्न छोड्दैन थियो । मैले म तेरो श्रीमतीलाई भनि दिन्छु भने पछि धेरै पछि उसले यो छोड्यो ।
सानो हुँदा मेला हेरेर फर्कदा म उसँग सँगै थिए । समय अलि अध्याँरो-अध्याँरो थियो । उसले एक हुल १६-१७ वर्षको गाउँवाट मेला हेर्न आएका केटीहरुको देख्यो, उ चाँही १२-१३ वर्षको हुँदो हो । त्यो हुलको विचमा गएर कुनै रेन्डम केटीको छाती समाएर भाग्यो । केटिहरु तथानाम गालिगर्न थाले । म पनि त्यसको साथीहो भन्ने थाहा पाए, मलाई नी मार्छन्, त्यो भन्दा पनि मेरो त्यो ठाँउका मान्छेले थाहा पाए वेज्जत हुन्छ भन्ने सोचेर म पनि भागे । अनि जीन्दगीमा कहिल्यौ त्यस्तो मेलामा ऊ संग हिडिन । सकेसम्म वहाना वनाउन र भाग्ने वाटो खोज्ने गर्न थाले र कहिल्यै जानु पनि परेन । त्यो दिन सम्झेर आजपनि मेरो मन चिसो हुन्छ ।
उसमा एक प्रकारको सानोमा एक सुपीरिओरिटी काँम्प्लेक्स थियो । उसले अलि सोझो र उमेरमा १-२ वर्ष कम भएका लाई सारै हेप्ने गर्दथ्यो । कतिलाईत श्रीमति होस् भन्ने गर्नथ्यो ।  हाम्रो वस्तीमा मान्छेहरु वसाई सरेर गएकाले त्यहाँका धेरै घरहरु खाली थिए त्यस मध्ये उसका नातेदारहरुका घरहरु पनि थिए । ती घरहरुमा उसले एक कोठा वनाएको हुन्थ्यो र साथीहरुलाई वोलाउँदथ्यो । साँच्चिकै अनैतिक कार्य चाही गर्दैनथ्यो तर खुट्टाले च्याप्ने, अंगालो मार्ने र त मेरो वुढीहोस् भन्ने जस्तो कृयाकलाप गर्दथ्यो । उसको कृयाकलाप वाट यो अनुमान लागाउन सकिन्थ्यो की उ चाहन्थ्यो, उसलाई सवैले सुपरियर मानुन् । केही वर्ष अघी म अमेरिका जाँदा उसले मलाई ईण्टरनेटवाट कल गरेको थियो र त्यही रहेको एक अर्काे हाम्रो केटा साथीलाई तेरो लोग्नेले सोधेको छ भनिदिनु है भन्दै थियो ।
साथीभाईकै अगाडि पनि कट्टु भित्र हात हाली राख्ने उसको वानी थियो । एकदिन मैले यस्तो किन गर्छस् भनेर सोधे । उसले तलाई के को मतलव भनेर जवाफ साथै २-४ वटा गाली समेत जोडेर फर्कायो ।
धेरै मान्छे वेस्या गमन गरे पनि भन्न चाँही डराउँछन्, तर उसलाई वेस्या गमन गरे भनेर भन्न गर्व महसुस् हुन्थ्यो । अझ १५-२० वर्ष अगाडि त पाईन्ट लगाउने भनेपछि उसले एकदम मोडर्न सम्झिन्थ्यो र आज म पाईन्ट लगाउने भालु (वेस्या)को मा गएको भनेर गर्वका साथ सुनाउँदथ्यो । मलाई चाँही त्यती विश्वास लाग्दैन थियो ।

एक उद्ददण्ड स्कमव्याग --साथी??को कथा

मलाई सधै ए वाहुन भनेर वोलाउने । मलाई उसले कहिले पनि नामले वोलाएको याद छैन । ठुलो भएपछि भने उसले गुरु, वाजे, नामको अघिल्लो दुई अक्षरमा ऐ जोडर वा यस्तै केही कम चित्त दुख्ने शव्दले वोलाउन थाल्यो ।तर म उसलाई उसकै नामले वोलाऊँथे । उसलाई कसैले उसको जातले वोलाई दियो भने त त्यसको उठीवास नै लाग्ने । ऊ मलाई मात्र हैन अरुलाई पनि त्यस्तै जात वा निकनेमले वोलाउँथ्यो । निकनेमहरु प्रायः व्यक्तिको सारिरिक वनावट, प्राकृतिक चोट पटक, उसको वारिवारिक परिवेस, आर्थिक अवस्था वा यस्तै वाट राखिएको हुन्थ्यो र सुन्दा कतिपय मान्छे हाँसे पनि जसलाई दिइएको हो उसलाई चाँही सायद सारै पिडा पुग्ने खालको हुन्थ्यो । उसको निकनेम नभएको पनि होईन, तर उसलाई वोलाउन हैन । उ नभएको वेला सम्वोधन गर्न प्रयोग हुने निकनेम थियो उस्को । उसको सारिरिक वनाओट सानो खाले थियो, त्यसैवाट उसको निकनेम राखिएको थियो ।
मेरो घर ठूलो वगैचाको विचमा थियो जसमा धेरै चुकका रुखहरु थिए,  अमिलो, नारंगी, ज्यामिर आदि । त्यसैकारणले मेरो नाम चुके भनेर राखेको थियो । मेरो जुंडी अर्थात टुप्पी थियो । मलाई या त ऊ टुप्पी वा चुके वाहुन भनेर सम्वोधन गर्दथ्यो । उसले अरुलाई पनि त्यस्तै नामले वोलाओस् भन्ने चाहन्थ्यो ।
उसका परिवारमा प्रायः सवै सोवर, सरल र सहज मिजासका थिए । तर ऊ चाँही उद्ददण्ड थियो । यति धेरै उद्ददण्डकी एकपटक उसले उसको आफन्तको टेप रिकर्डरमा खोलेर तेल हाली दियो । टेप रिकर्डर विग्रीयो, अनि उ भागेर एक नातेदारको घरमा गयो । उसको घर सदर मुकाममा थियो । उसको वुवा जागिरे, आमा आफ्नै घरमा पसल गर्ने र मामाको छुट्टै पसल । नातेदारले खोजेर ल्याए र कालो मोसो दलेर आफ्नो पसलमा वाधेर राखे । ऊ ४० वर्षको पुग्दा पनि बच्चा हुँदाको त्यो कुरा प्रति उसले प्रश्चितः गर्नु भन्दा पनि ति आफन्तलाई एक दिन देखाईदिने कुरा गर्दथ्यो ।
उसको कुरामा कसैले सहमती नजनाएत उसले डसौला झै गर्ने । एकपटक हामी ढुंगे धारावाट नुहाएर आऊदै थियौ । ढुंगेधारा जान २० मिनेट जती ओरालो हिड्नु पर्ने । हामी सानो हुँदा सनिवारको दिन साथी वा परिवार संग ढुंगे धारामा नुहाउन जाने चलन थियो । उसले वदाम ल्याएको रहेछ र २ वटा कोसा मलाई दियो । एक वटा मा २ दाना जती । उकालो चढ्दै गर्दा खाईसके पछि, उसले यो वदाम नभएको भए काँ यति चढ्न सकिन्थ्यो हैन भनत? भनेर सोध्यो । मैले झट्ट यति वदामले त के हुन्थ्यो भनेको त उसले मलाई साला वाहुन, कुरा काट्छस् भनेर तथानाम गाली ग-यो । म अक्कन वक्क भए । अव त्यो २ वटा वदाम खाएर ३० मिनेट जती उकालो वाटो कसरी हिडिएको हो भन्नु ।

Recently, many authorities, researchers, and hardware manufacturers are working to solve this virtual scarcity issue. Cognitive radio (CR) networks are suitable in this mitigation, by utilizing licensed spectrum opportunistically. CR is rapidly proliferating into many wireless communication fields. Spectrum sensing, spectrum sharing, coexistence, spread spectrum, and MIMO techniques have become areas of concern over the past decade. More recently, many researchers are working in various application areas of cognitive radio networks (CRNs) and cognitive radio wireless sensor networks (CR-WSNs).

This special issue is mainly focused on recent advances and future direction with respect to applications of CRNs. More specifically, it is expected that the contribution of original works proposes new directions in CRNs. The submissions are intended to cover a variety of applications.

Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Novel applications of CRNs
• Cognitive radio for emergency and public safety applications
• Cognitive radio applications in healthcare
• Learning techniques and strategies in CRNs
• Cognitive radio in cloud computing
• Application of cognitive radio wireless sensor networks

Today, I tried to install my old CanoScan 4200F scanner, but it did not show in Photoshop. 

However, when I installed the utility software, it worked fine from the utility software. 

Still, it is not showing in Photoshop, but there is no problem.
