Today, I'v pain in my right kidney. I didn't drink water well for several days. My office is near by professors office. I don't wanna go out several times. Actually, I am taking Himalaya's Systone, a medicine for easy urinate. After I take that medicine, I have to go several times to the rest room. But I must take today.
There might be another problem, I slept in electrical mat yesterday. It was hot. As, I didn't drink much water, had non-broth food and slept in the electrical mat, I dehydrated.
I must drink much water today. Let's see how much I can drink.
